Our Single Spring Ramp Door Assembly will
handle any application. Available with aluminum
or heavy duty cast iron spring plugs. Cable
drum sizes available in 3" or 4 1/2 " with a spring |
diameter available in 1 3/4", 2" or 2 1/2". Custom
spring design depending on required life cycles.

This unique spring assembly no longer requires the use of manual
winding bars. The spring is installed with the ramp door in
the closed position. The weight of the door winds the spring
when opened. Springs are 2 3/16" DIA with a cable drum
& bearing assembly installed in the spring.

Each spring works independently of each other on a stationary
shaft. Single spring, single cable assemblies also available.
